Success with a single session
Sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees. There is not much missing and it is only a small thing that the client has to learn in order to deal with a certain situation better. This can even be learnt in a single session and brings a significant improvement in the quality of life. Typically for problems such as difficulty falling asleep and lighter phobias.
Compact offers
Some treatments, such as quitting smoking, have common, typical challenges that arise gradually, so you can easily specify a common number of treatments. Here I offer you a compact price with a fixed number of sessions, unless you add a deeper psychological problem than smoking.
Stop smoking – 3 Sessions- 375 Euro
Losing weight– 3 Sessions- 375 Euro
Exam anxiety / stage fright – 3 Sessions- 375 Euro
A bespoke plan is best!
When things get more complicated, it is better to plan individually for each person.
You can plan your next steps together with me during the course of the treatment. I do not only consider how often you would like to plan meetings, in terms of time and money, but also what is necessary for the best change process.
If you book several sessions together, e.g. 3 or 5 sessions, you pay up to 40% less for each session than if you plan only one session.
It is best if you discuss your case in a detailed preliminary discussion with me and together we determine a suitable path for you.
Preliminary session
A preliminary talk lasts about 45-60 minutes and costs 50,- Euro.
In the preliminary talk we can take a close look at your situation and I can discuss therapy options and duration with you. A therapy itself does not take place in the preliminary talk, but I can explain the proposed therapy to you in detail and clarify any existing questions.
